After working as a technical consultant for a British pharmaceutical company (Strakan Pharmaceuticals) and other pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies in Japan and abroad, Ying-shu Quan co-founded CosMED Plc. (Predecessor company) in 2001 with Fumio Kamiyama. Appointed President and Representative Director of CosMED Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 2021.
Received the “Small and Medium Enterprise Outstanding Engineer Award” from KYOTO Industrial Support Organization 21 (2021)
Named “Master of Pharmaceutical Technology” by The Academy of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, Japan (2021)

Fumio Kamiyama

After serving as director of medical research laboratories at Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd., and as a technical consultant for overseas pharmaceutical companies (including Strakan Pharmaceuticals), Fumio Kamiyama co-founded CosMED Plc. (predecessor company) in 2001 with Ying-shu Quan. Served as Representative Director of CosMED Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. until 2022.
Received the “Science and Technology Agency Director General’s Award” from the Science and Technology Agency (1983)

Hakuho Ko

Embarked on study abroad in Japan in 2003 and completed a Master’s Degree with Graduate School of Economics, Saga University.
Subsequently headed numerous business projects that spanned Japan and China in the IT, healthcare, and pharmaceutical sectors. Joined CP Group Chia Tai Pharmaceutical Corporation in 2017 where he was appointed Assistant to the Chair and Chief of Japanese Business, and also served as an external director of a Japanese company within CP Group.
Appointed as an external director of CosMED Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 2023.

Tomoharu Tanaka

Graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Kyoto University and passed the bar exam.
After registering as a lawyer in October 2006 and working at Dojima Law Office, Tomoharu Tanaka established the law firm Keiei Soki in April 2015 (assumed the position of president). Joined Kensei Law Offices with offices in Kyoto and Tokyo in April 2023 and became co-representative of the firm’s Osaka office. Appointed as a director of CosMED Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in the same year.

Takeshi Hosomi

Joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. (now Panasonic) in 1984, served as CFO for Central and South America (Executive Board), then served as Director in charge of the administrative department at Panasonic Solution Technologies Co., Ltd.
Joined Mizkan Holdings Co., Ltd. in 2017, and served as a Corporate Officer and head of the accounting and financial management office.
Appointed as Standing Audit & Supervisory Board Member at CosMED Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 2023.

Tomohisa Suzuki

Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Chuo University.
After working at The Hokuriku Bank, Ltd. and Future Venture Capital Co., Ltd., founded Venture & Management Suzuki Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultancy Office in 2016. In the same year, he took over the management of Hokuriku Seikei Kogyo K.K. to commercialize the accomplishments of a semiconductor-related project ongoing since his VC days and became president and representative director in 2023. In the same year, he was appointed as an Audit & Supervisory Board Member at CosMED Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., another company he had assisted since his VC days.

Takuya Nakacho

Graduated from the Faculty of Business and Commerce at Kansai University.
Worked at Chuo Audit Corporation auditing listed companies, restructuring businesses, supporting clients at megabanks and regional financial institutions, and conducting financial inspections at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, founded Aqua & Company K.K. and engaged in business restructuring, value evaluation, stock listing services, and support for establishing internal controls. Has also served as an external director and administrative committee member of listed companies. Appointed as an Audit & Supervisory Board Member at CosMED Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 2023.
